This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage with customers on the showroom floor, understand their preferences, and guide them through product options to support informed purchase decisions.
The role includes managing sales activities, maintaining product displays, and supporting promotions and campaigns to drive footfall and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities involve delivering qualified customer service, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The specialist will also assist with basic marketing tasks such as coordinating local promotions, supporting social media initiatives,



and providing feedback on customer trends to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage leads, and support the overall performance of the showroom.
Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard recent team members and share product and sales knowledge internally.
Content creation is very pivotal on this role, understanding of production and social media UGC content is important
Relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as required.
Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills for handling transactions, and proficiency with basic point-of-sale systems are advantageous.
A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
