Job Description – Regional Sales Head (Bangalore) Base
Location: Bangalore Reporting to: National Sales Head Budget: upto
25lpa About the job · Will be responsible for designing sales and
marketing strategy for South India, which includes Clinics, Hospitals, Institutional Sales, and Government Sales. · Exploring
more avenues for expansion outside identified areas · Will own
South India sales Targets for products, consumables, and services ·
Responsible for plugging the gaps in achieving sales targets · Will
be responsible for international market penetration planning and
execution. · Mining and managing the distributor network
effectively. Will be responsible for customer payables recovery

Qualifications: · 10+ years of experience with an MBA in Sales /

Marketing. B. Tech / B.E preferred. · Should have robust prior
experience in the medical device industry sales · Knowledge of the
respiratory domain will be an added advantage. · Should have
handled at least 2 regions in India; international market exposure
will be a plus · Should be willing to work with and on the team in

a startup culture
