Job Description

What Do we do:
Results-driven Workday Functional Engineer with strong expertise across Core HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Talent modules. Skilled in translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, optimizing end-to-end HR processes, and delivering high-quality configurations aligned with organizational goals.

Proficient in business process design, configurable security, reporting, and data management, with hands-on experience leading configuration, testing cycles, and production support. Adept at troubleshooting functional issues, recommending process improvements, and guiding stakeholders through Workday capabilities and best practices. Recognized for a solid analytical mindset, attention to detail,



and a commitment to continuous improvement within the Workday ecosystem.
Develop functional designs and configuration that support company and stakeholder initiatives while meeting customer requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn current technologies
Create clear documentation for new and optimized configurations, system designs, and business requirements
Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
Present creative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Must Have skills:
Workday, HCM Core,
Configurations in Workday Modules- Recruiting, Performance Mgt (Techno Functional (IT instead of Business) Payroll,
Prism modules
