Role Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time, in office position at our Bengaluru office. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs, including logos, branding material, and graphics for various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualising creative ideas, designing innovative visual content, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring brand identity consistency across all projects. The role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and technical design skills to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Social media campaigns, reels, carousels & static creatives
Solid understanding of copywriting and marketing communication
Proficiency in Graphics, Brand Identity, and Logo Design
Understanding and application of Typography principles




Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva and others)
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver quality designs within deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience or internship in a design or marketing agency

What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in graphic design
Robust understanding of layout, color, and typography
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign and Canva
Ability to create engaging, on-brand social media creatives, brand identity assets and logos
Good understanding of copy–visual alignment and how design supports messaging
Basic knowledge of branding & digital content formats
A creative thinker with sharp attention to detail
Someone who can take feedback, iterate quickly, and meet deadlines
