Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Robust hands-on experience with ad and site tagging (AdOps): tag management systems,
event/conversion tracking, data layers, and QA
Proven experience defining data strategy and measurement frameworks tied to business KPIs
Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Advanced experience in SQL and a working knowledge of data modeling and ETL concepts
Experience building reporting and data visualizations in a BI platform (e.g., Looker, Data Studio,
Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, R, Java Script, etc.) for data
manipulation and automation
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to
debug and troubleshoot
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into
business insight
General business and marketing data acumen, including an understanding of common
marketing goals, KPIs, and tactics
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple ad platforms (Google, Facebook/Meta, Microsoft) and their
measurement/conversion APIs
