Job Description:

Purpose of the Role

To plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete mechanical projects related to PF (Project Facilities/Plant Facilities) while ensuring safety, quality, cost optimization, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Prepare project scope, schedules, resource requirements, and execution plans.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Mechanical Engineering Activities
Supervise installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
Ensure compliance with design standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Conduct technical evaluation of mechanical systems and recommend improvements.




Troubleshoot mechanical issues during project execution.

Contractor & Vendor Management
Monitor contractor performance and adherence to safety standards.
Verify measurements, bills, and work completion certificates.
Coordinate procurement of project materials and equipment.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and permit systems.
Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks before project activities.
Ensure adherence to IMS, ISO, and applicable statutory requirements.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project records, progress reports, drawings, and technical documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
Track project costs and provide MIS reports to management.
