Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Now ITOM Technical Lead to drive technical direction, solution architecture, team leadership, and delivery of scalable Service Now solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid hands-on expertise in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• 7.5+ years of relevant Service Now ITOM experience
• Robust understanding of software architecture & design patterns
• Experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and design scalable solutions




• Solid stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with performance, quality, and scalability optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SME and provide technical leadership
• Lead development and implementation of best practices
• Drive architecture and technical decisions
• Mentor team members and support their technical growth
• Coordinate with multiple teams for seamless integration and delivery
• Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of solutions
