Position: Service Coordinator or Service Engineer
Education: Mechanical – Diploma / Degree
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Engineering industries
Gender : Female / Male
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description:
Coordinate with customers and service teams for installation, servicing, maintenance, and technical support.
Handle customer service requests, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, production, and other internal teams.
Prepare and maintain service reports, quotations, job sheets, and service documentation.
Schedule service visits and follow up on pending service requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding service status, technical issues, and timelines.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure timely service support.
