Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in API development.
Expert Programming skills in Python, Java Script, NodeJS,
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating Node.js applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar hyperscale cloud platforms, with a solid understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
Experience designing for edge execution models, including CDN-based compute, serverless functions at the edge, request/response transformation, caching strategies, latency optimization, and runtime constraints.
Experience in relational or NoSQL DB such as DynamoDB, Search technologies such as Open Search, Graph DB.
Must be able to pick up current backend technologies as the need arises.
Must be familiar with API standards and frameworks.
Knowledge to evaluate trade-offs based on cost, risk, effort analysis.
Practice in mentoring other engineers and influencing decision makers throughout the organization
Consideration of customer impact when making technical decisions
