We are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating recent business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Identify and develop current business opportunities in the assigned territory.

/n
Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.

/n
Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.

/n
Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.

/n




Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

/n
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

/n
Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.

/n

Candidate Requirements

/n

/n
Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.

/n
Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.

/n
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

/n
Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.
