Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and production support.
Robust development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform services.
Robust Salesforce configuration knowledge, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and core CRM business processes.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics, including data modeling, insights, dashboards, reporting, and analytics use cases.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, events, connectors, or other integration patterns.




Experience designing and supporting MuleSoft-based integrations, including API-led connectivity, error handling, end-to-end monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability setup for reliable enterprise integration operations.
Understanding Salesforce security, data access, sharing model, platform limits, and performance considerations.
Experience with Agile delivery methods, Jira, version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions with appropriate risk awareness.
