Job Responsibilities
The Senior Engineer lead IT operations, maintenance and mentor junior engineers.
Manage technical operations engineers, providing guidance and reviews.
Develop and implement strategies for system reliability and performance.
Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructure.
Collaborate with teams for seamless system deployment and integration.
Manage incident response, perform root cause analysis, and review incidents.
Drive automation and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Prepare and present operational reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Education Requirement

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)





Experience Requirement

7 - 12 years

Skills & Competencies
Demonstrate expertise in scripting languages and automation tools.
Apply in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
Utilize experience with cloud platforms and services.
Manage projects and multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarize with ITIL and operational best practices.
