We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Compensation Consultant to lead and support Compensation activities, including annual compensation cycles, enhancements, configuration, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in SAP Success Factors Compensation.
Lead and support Compensation implementation and support activities.
Manage annual compensation cycles and enhancements.
Configure Compensation processes and custom compensation statements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Coordinate with business and cross-functional teams.
Support other Success Factors modules when required.
Independently manage and drive the Compensation workstream.
RequirementsRequired Skills
Robust hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Compensation.
Minimum 1 Compensation implementation and 1 support project.
SAP Success Factors Compensation certification is mandatory.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently lead Compensation activities.
Positive to Have
Experience with custom compensation statements.
Experience with other SAP Success Factors modules.
