SGM HR Solutions (A Unit of SGM Consultancy Services) is hiring on behalf of a client for the position of Accounts Executive.

Note: We do not charge any consultancy or registration fees from candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Record and verify invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and vouchers.

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and outstanding balance.

• Maintain and update ledgers and perform regular account reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory activities.

• Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments.

• Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Desired Candidate Profile:





• Graduate in B.Com / Commerce or a related field. MBA (Finance) can be preferred.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Valuable working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Candidates with experience in billing, taxation, reconciliation, AP/AR, and MIS reporting will be preferred.
