Conduct privacy gap assessments for business processes and applications against GDPR, DPDPA, CPRA, and ISO 27701.
Develop and maintain data privacy policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs.
Conduct and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
Prepare and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Develop Personal Data Inventories (PDI) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).
Support privacy compliance and risk management initiatives.
Develop and deliver privacy awareness and training programs.
Privacy Engineering & Architecture
Apply Privacy by Design principles across business processes and technology solutions.
Support implementation of privacy requirements within enterprise processes and applications.
Work with Privacy Management Tools (PMT) and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PET).
Hands-on experience with platforms such as One Trust, BigID, and Securiti.ai.
Support the development and implementation of privacy compliance architecture.
