Company Description MountsTribe Agritech is an emerging aquaponics farm focused on water conservation in agriculture and the production of 100% organic food, fish, and fiber without the use of chemicals. Established as a Dehradun-based private limited company, its operations are located in the Rudraprayag district. The organization is building integrated systems to supply high-quality organic fruits and food to the market. MountsTribe Agritech also aims to be a key producer of hemp fiber and seeds to support the expanding hemp industry. The company is driven by sustainable practices and innovation in agritech.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of MountsTribe Agritech. This is a contract, in office role based in Tehri, involving close collaboration with the founding team and local stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping to develop and refine the business model, overseeing key aspects of farm operations, and supporting product development for organic food, fish, and hemp-based products.



The Co-Founder will contribute to market analysis, sales and marketing initiatives, partnership development, and investor or stakeholder communications. This role also involves participating in financial planning, risk assessment, and implementing sustainable practices aligned with the company’s mission.
