About the Role
We are looking for someone who can own the entire customer communication and conversion journey after a user enters our ecosystem.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will be responsible for building automated journeys across WebEngage / CleverTap / MoEngage / similar retention platforms, while also driving WhatsApp, push, SMS, email and in-app communication to improve activation, conversion, engagement, renewal and referral.
The ideal person should be equally comfortable looking at funnels, creating segmentation logic, building journeys, writing sharp communication briefs, and tracking conversion numbers.

What You Will Own
You will own the customer lifecycle from:
Lead → Activation → Conversion → Engagement → Renewal → Referral
Your responsibility will be to ensure that every user receives the right communication, at the right time, through the right channel.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage lifecycle journeys using WebEngage,



CleverTap, MoEngage or similar platforms

Create automated funnels for:
Current lead nurturing
App onboarding
Abandoned plan/cart
Trial to paid conversion
Plan-page viewers
Inactive users
Renewal and expiry
Win-back campaigns
Cross-sell and upsell
Referral journeys

Own customer communication across:
WhatsApp
Push notifications
SMS
Email
In-app messages

Build intelligent user segments based on:
Behaviour
Purchase history
App activity
Geography
Child age
Subscription status
Engagement levels
Customer lifecycle stage

Create and continuously improve WhatsApp funnels, including triggered messages, drip journeys, sales follow-ups and campaign broadcasts.

Work with sales teams to ensure digital journeys and telecalling journeys work together instead of independently.
Identify funnel drop-offs and design interventions to improve conversion.
