Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai.



The Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client business goals, coordinating digital marketing and web development projects, preparing proposals, tracking campaign performance, and presenting progress reports. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to deliver projects on time and within scope. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, support strategic planning, and help maintain ethical, long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication and expectation setting.
