Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving business growth for Sukhin Global Logistics LLP. This position involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting logistics and customs clearing solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, responding to customer inquiries,



preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure service commitments are met. The Sales Specialist will also conduct follow-ups on leads, track sales performance, and provide input on market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement in service offerings.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries professionally.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage pipelines effectively.
Experience in Training team members or clients on service offerings, processes, or tools as needed.
Knowledge of customs clearing, freight forwarding, or logistics services is highly preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
