Role Description

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, invoicing, receivables, payables, and financial documentation. The role requires coordination with internal teams, clients,



and vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting, billing, and invoicing.
Handle vendor payments and client collections.
Maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
Verify invoices and payment documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other compliance.
Prepare basic financial reports and maintain records.

Qualification:

BBA/ B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or Accounting degree.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho).
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
