Title : Growth Manager

As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital platforms. You will define and execute growth strategies aligned to business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer lifetime value and ROI.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics teams to build scalable growth initiatives and enhance the overall customer lifecycle across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to drive growth and overall revenue generation.
Provide thought leadership which will help the firm to identify market and customer trends.




Develop & recommend new-age tools for marketing campaigns by collaborating with multiple teams to drive engagement and ROI
Develop and execute revenue strategy and revenue plan metrics to create accountability and achieve the firm's business goals. Execute strategic growth hacking projects by liaising with various stakeholders
Engage in the deeper research and analysis of consumer behaviors and use provide insights that can help create awareness of the potential customers and further engage the existing customer base to upsell the services
Build/enhance product by understanding customer behavior across customer life cycle stages.

What are we looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & growth from tier-1/premier business schools
Good to have prior experience in Broking & Investment Advisory firms
Understanding of various tools like CleverTap, Google Analytics, Appsflyer
