The marketing executive will be the internal owner of the Michezo brand and its marketing function, responsible for building the brand, creating and managing content, supporting the sales organisation, and driving measurable lead generation through performance marketing.

Michezo operates in a highly technical and specialised industry. This role therefore requires more than traditional marketing execution. The person must develop a robust understanding of sports infrastructure, our products and services, our customers, and the projects we undertake, and translate that knowledge into compelling brand communication, useful sales tools, and effective marketing campaigns.

The role will work closely with the leadership, sales, project and technical teams, while managing specialist external partners where expertise is better sourced externally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management & Marketing Strategy - Own the day-to-day expression and evolution of the Michezo brand.
Maintain consistency of Michezo's visual identity, tone of voice, messaging and positioning across all channels.




Translate the overall business strategy into an actionable marketing plan.
Develop and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing calendar.
Identify opportunities to strengthen Michezo's visibility, positioning and credibility within the sports infrastructure industry.
Work closely with leadership to identify business priorities and translate them into marketing initiatives.
Ensure that marketing activity is aligned with commercial objectives rather than functioning independently of the business.
Build a strong understanding of competitors, industry trends, customer segments and market opportunities.

2. Content & Communications - Own Michezo's internal content engine.
Develop and execute the social media content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Create content around projects, products, technical expertise, people, partnerships, industry developmen
