Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our K-12 B2B school/institutional sales across India. This role requires a strong blend of strategic ownership and hands-on execution, with a focus on driving revenue growth, building long-term school partnerships, and expanding market presence.

The ideal candidate will have established relationships within schools and educational institutions, along with proven experience in managing Pan-India sales operations. This role demands a leader who can actively contribute to closures, lead from the front in on-ground sales, and drive high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
•Own and drive the end-to-end K-12 B2B sales strategy across assigned regions and Pan-India markets.
•Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a mix of individual contribution and team performance.




•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of schools (K-12), including private institutions, school chains, and education groups.
•Leverage existing institutional networks and relationships to accelerate business growth.
•Identify recent business opportunities and expansion avenues across geographies.
Sales Execution & Deal Closure
•Lead high-value deal closures and participate in key negotiations with school leadership and decision-makers.
•Drive strong conversion rates through structured sales processes and consistent follow-ups.
•Actively engage in demos, presentations, and strategic client meetings across regions.

On-Field Leadership
•Lead from the front through regular school visits, demos, and stakeholder interactions.
•Support team members in closures, negotiations, and relationship management.
•Ensure high-quality execution of product pitches and on-ground sales activities.
