We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven retail qualified for Consumer Lighting division to join our team as a Senior Officer based in Kankavli, Maharashtra.

If you have a proven track record in retail sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the drive to lead floor operations, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through distributor and dealer networks.
Develop and expand retail and distribution channels in the assigned territory.
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to channel partners.
Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Monitor distributor performance and support market development activities.
Manage collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.




Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Submit daily sales reports and market insights on time.

What we are looking for
Experience: 5-7 Years
