Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage the complete lead and customer lifecycle—from lead generation and conversion to onboarding, retention, and renewals.




The ideal candidate will act as a key link between sales, customers, and internal teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction, strong conversions, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Conversion
Make outbound and inbound calls to recent leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
Qualify leads by understanding business requirements, decision-makers, timelines, and budgets.
Perform consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive lead conversions.
Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from lead creation → follow-up → demo → conversion.
Update lead status, call notes, and next actions accurately in the CRM system.
Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management
Successfully onboard newly converted customers and guide them through product setup and implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact post-conversion to ensure a smooth transition from sales to
