Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads,



and nurturing prospective clients across the real estate value chain. The Business Development Associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive offerings, and emerging trends, and will prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also includes supporting negotiations, contributing to business growth strategies, and representing Square Yards in meetings, events, and client interactions.
