Role Description The Fitness Trainer is a full time, on-site role based at RIVFITZ Health & Fitness in Asansol. This role involves planning and delivering safe, effective workout sessions for individuals and groups, tailored to diverse fitness levels and goals. The Fitness Trainer will demonstrate exercises, correct form and technique, and monitor member progress to help them achieve sustainable results.



Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, creating training plans, leading group classes, maintaining a motivating and inclusive atmosphere, and providing ongoing guidance on exercise, recovery, and general wellness. The role also involves engaging with members, answering questions, and collaborating with the team to support a high-quality, client-centered fitness experience.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to design and deliver varied, safe, and effective workout programs.
Experience leading Group Exercise sessions, creating inclusive, energetic, and well-structured classes for different fitness levels.
Knowledge of the Fitness Industry, including current trends, basic nutrition concepts, and best practices for member engagement and retention.
