We're now expanding our offline presence with a flagship retail experience in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, and we're looking for a passionate Sales Executive to be the face of the brand on the floor.

As a Sales Executive at MRJewels Indiranagar, you'll be the first point of contact for every customer who walks in — guiding them through our collections, styling them for occasions, building lasting client relationships, and driving store sales.



This is a customer-facing role that blends warm hospitality with luxury retail discipline.
You'll work closely with the founder and the brand team to bring the MRJewels experience to life in person.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
Welcome walk-in clients, understand their occasion and styling needs, and present curated jewellery options with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Sales & Conversion
Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling, and effective closing.

Product Expertise
Develop strong knowledge of Kundan, Polki, Meenakari, Vilandi, and Temple jewellery styles, materials, care, and craftsmanship — and explain them clearly to customers.

Styling & Consultation
Offer personalized styling advice for weddings, festive occasions, gifting, and everyday wear.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain a personal client database, follow up on enquiries, share new collection update
