Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary
GrabOn is India’s leading coupons & deals discovery platform, serving millions of savvy shoppers daily. We are looking for an energetic, data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent across product, tech, marketing, and operations. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle, drive a best-in-class candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to build teams that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Full-Cycle Recruitment
Own end-to-end hiring for multiple roles - from JD creation to offer roll-out.
Source active & passive talent through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and talent communities.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates with speed and accuracy.
Manage ATS and ensure timely, transparent updates to stakeholders.
? Employer Branding
Be a brand ambassador for GrabOn — represent us at job fairs, events, and online.




Craft compelling job descriptions & recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality talent.
Leverage social media to build pipelines and engage communities.
? Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set clear timelines, and deliver results.
Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business goals.
? Metrics & Process Improvement
Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics: time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate NPS.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline hiring.
Stay updated on recruitment tools, platforms, and trends.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced tech or digital-first company.
Proven success in sourcing and closing digital/tech/product roles.
Robust knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS systems.
