Role Description The PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager for Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating with R&D;, procurement,



and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The PPIC Manager monitors inventory levels, analyzes demand forecasts, and optimizes stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include tracking production progress, updating systems and reports, resolving bottlenecks in the production process, and aligning capacity planning with customer orders and launch timelines. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting continuous process improvements, and contributing to efficient manufacturing operations in the cosmetic sector.
