Position: Outreach Executive
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology invites applications from agile, motivated, and suitable candidates for the position of Outreach Executive.
Position Details
Position: Outreach Executive

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach activities to promote the Institute and its academic programmes.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, educational counsellors, and other stakeholders for student outreach.
Conduct and coordinate school/college visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
Generate and maintain prospective student leads and ensure regular follow-up.
Assist in admission campaigns, education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and conversions.




Travel to different locations for outreach activities as required.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with experience in admissions, student outreach, business development, counselling, education marketing, or institutional outreach will be preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to travel and work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates with experience in an educational institution/university will be preferred.
