V.V. Kale & Company is looking for enthusiastic and driven CA students to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) practice as Article Assistants.
If you are looking to build a solid foundation in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Governance, Compliance and Internal Controls, this is an opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on exposure while working on diverse assignments and client engagements.
What will you work on?
? Internal Audit & Risk Advisory assignments
? Governance, Risk & Compliance engagements
? Internal control reviews and testing
? Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs)
? Process walkthroughs and risk assessments
? Compliance reviews and regulatory research
? Audit observations, reports and management presentations
? Follow-up and closure of identified control gaps
What are we looking for?




✔️ CA students eligible for Articleship
✔️ Strong fundamentals in Accounting & Auditing
✔️ Interest in GRC, Internal Audit & Risk Advisory
✔️ Good analytical and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
✔️ A curious mindset and willingness to learn
