Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Procurement Operations Specialist: Contract Management, you will analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements,



and the supplier solution to draft highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law to draft a variety of stand-alone custom agreements.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Draft Custom Agreements: Analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements, and the supplier solution to draft highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements, utilizing knowledge of contract law to ensure internal client interests are protected.
Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work extensively with various internal client stakeholders to ensure internal client and external client needs are addressed in supplier agreements, making strategic decisions to leverage the appropriate contract vehicle and terms.
Establish Supplier Relationships: Develop knowledge of the supplier's product/service model through the establishment of supplier relationships, enabling effective negotiation and agreement drafting.
