We’re Hiring: Video Editor — Short Form & Long Form
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor who understands how to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.
We work primarily on personal-brand content for founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and doctors, creating high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just know how to edit — but understands storytelling, pacing, retention, emotion, and what makes digital content perform.

What You’ll Be Working On
• Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Talking-head and personal-brand videos
• Storytelling and educational content
• Founder and entrepreneur-led content
• Podcast and interview-style edits
• YouTube long-form videos
• Repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form videos

Key Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Create robust pacing that keeps viewers engaged from the first few seconds
• Understand hooks, pattern interrupts, retention,



and visual storytelling
• Add relevant B-roll, graphics, text, subtitles, sound effects, music, and transitions where required
• Maintain clean, premium edits without unnecessary effects
• Understand the speaker’s message and enhance it rather than overpowering it with editing
• Edit and structure long-form YouTube videos when required
• Identify strong short-form moments from longer recordings
• Follow different editing styles based on each client’s personality and audience
• Work closely with the content and creative team to execute the intended vision
• Organise project files and deliver work within agreed timelines
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience editing Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content
• Good understanding of long-form YouTube editing
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
• Ability to understand
