About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand social media trends, and be able to create visually appealing creatives for multiple brands and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Design social media posts, carousels, reel covers, stories, ad creatives, and campaign creatives.
Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and content briefs.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, and visual style.
Work closely with the content and social media teams to execute campaigns.
Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions as required.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital marketing creatives.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.




Requirements
1–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Experience designing for social media and digital marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple brands.
Knowledge of Figma or After Effects.
