Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer specializing in Master Data Management, you will design, implement, and maintain a unified, accurate, and reliable master data setting that supports business operations, analytics, and decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify data gaps and prioritize Master Data Management initiatives.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Develop and Enforce Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and security, and maintain a single, trusted view of master data entities to support business growth, innovation, and success.
Implement Master Data Models: Implement master data models and data integration processes to support business operations and analytics, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Ensure Data Quality and Security: Ensure data quality and security by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data normalization processes, and monitor data for errors and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data gaps and prioritize Master Data Management initiatives, and develop and execute change management plans to ensure organizational adoption and alignment with Master Data Management strategies and policies.
