Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive – Electrical to manage and execute procurement activities for electrical, MEP, and infrastructure/construction projects. The role will involve material sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, purchase coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement plans for electrical materials and equipment based on project requirements.
Source and evaluate electrical suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices,



payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Manage the complete procurement cycle from enquiry and quotation to PO placement and material delivery.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project timelines and site requirements.
Procure electrical materials such as cables, wires, conduits, cable trays, panels, DBs, switchgear, lighting, earthing materials, and other electrical components.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Design, and Site teams to understand technical and material requirements.
Maintain solid relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor sources.
Monitor procurement costs and support cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Verify vendor quotations, technical specifications, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.
Track pending orders, deliveries, and material shortages and ensure timely resolution.
