Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and rate analysis.
Prepare tender documents, quotations and comparative statements.
Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
Support tender submissions and project costing.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction estimation/tendering.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, costing and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
B2B & B2C project experience preferred.
