We are hiring for KAM – Home Loan Sales (Open Market) for our client NoBroker.
Job Details:

Locations: Mumbai – Thane | Kharghar | Dombivali | Vasai | Malad | Vile Parle
Experience: 1–5+ years in Home Loan / LAP Sales, preferably from an Open Market / DSA / Banking / Financial Services background
Business Target: ₹1.5–2 Cr+ monthly
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday–Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off
Interview/Calling Slots: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Key Requirements:
Open Market Home Loan / LAP Sales experience
Minimum 1+ year experience in onboarding Builders, Connectors, DSAs, CAs or Finance Consultants
Proven monthly business/disbursement of ₹2 Cr+
Strong builder, connector and DSA network
Valuable local market knowledge and strong market relationships
Experience managing the complete loan cycle from sourcing to sanction and disbursement
Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation and closing skills
Willingness to work with 0.4%–0.5% channel commission
