Role Description The Sr. Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs for branding, marketing, and digital communication materials, ensuring consistency with VirtuAxel’s brand identity and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral, as well as refining typography and layout for both print and digital assets. The Sr. Graphic Designer will collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to translate strategic objectives into transparent, engaging visual content. The role also involves overseeing design quality, mentoring junior designers when needed, and maintaining organized design files and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Graphic Design, with experience creating professional Graphics for digital and print environments.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding,



including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities for companies and services.
Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, logo work, and multi-channel design projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
