Role Description The Fleet Acquisition Executive is a full time, hybrid role based in West Delhi, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.



This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a reliable fleet of delivery partners to support CityMall’s community-led logistics network. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing new fleet partners, conducting negotiations, coordinating documentation and compliance, and ensuring timely activation of delivery resources. The role also involves monitoring fleet performance, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with operations, logistics, and community leader teams to optimize delivery coverage and service quality. The Fleet Acquisition Executive will maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of fleet acquisition strategies.
