About the Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, follow-up, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, tender documentation, compliance requirements, and deadline management.

Key Responsibilities
Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.
Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, state government portals, and IERPS.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, tender fees, and other requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Production, and other departments for required tender documents.
Prepare, compile, and verify technical and commercial tender documents.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of tenders and bids.
Handle EMD, tender fees, performance security, and other tender-related documentation.




Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.
Track tender results, amendments, corrigenda, and submission deadlines.
Coordinate with clients and relevant departments regarding clarifications and tender requirements.
Prepare comparative statements and maintain tender-related MIS reports.
Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, and other post-tender documentation.
Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timely completion.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of e-tendering and government procurement processes.
Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and other government tender portals.
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Valuable command of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Excellent attention to detail.
