The MIS / Team Lead will manage an assigned team of telecallers working on agri and fertilizer related calling. The person will also maintain daily MIS, check data quality, track follow ups and make sure the team completes the work planned for the day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage the daily work of the assigned telecalling team.

● Allocate calling lists and explain the priority for the day.

● Track calls, follow ups, pending cases and completed cases.

● Check whether the data entered by telecallers is complete and correct.

● Maintain daily MIS in Excel or the company system and share reports on time.

● Follow up on old or pending retailer and dealer records until there is a clear status.

● Identify cases that need support from the field team, operations team or manager and escalate them quickly.

● Listen to sample calls and guide team members on call quality, data collection and follow up.

● Help current telecallers understand the process, script, reporting format and daily targets.

● Monitor attendance,



discipline and productivity of the team.

● Coordinate with internal teams so that information collected through calls is used for the next action.

● Keep records ready for weekly review and explain major gaps or delays.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

● Graduate in any discipline.

● 2 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, call centre operations, sales coordination, MIS or team handling.

● At least some experience of handling people or coordinating a small team is preferred.

● Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets or similar reporting tools.

● Good working knowledge of basic formulas, filters, sorting and simple reports.

● Clear spoken Hindi and workable English.

● Experience in agriculture, fertilizer, rural sales, dealer networks or field operations will be useful, but is not compulsory.

● Should be comfortable following up repeatedly and working with large amounts of calling data.
