About the RoleAvabiz Ventures is looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive with a robust background in finance, accounting, and purchase operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, purchase entries, payroll, financial documentation, banking activities, and administrative coordination.The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, purchase and vendor management, payroll, banking documentation, insurance, loans, and international payments.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & AccountingHandle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and account reconciliations.
Record and verify financial transactions in Tally and other accounting software.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.




Assist management with financial planning and reporting.
Purchase & Vendor AccountsHandle purchase accounting and purchase entries in Tally.
Process purchase invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and related documents.
Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Track purchase orders, pending bills, and payment status.
Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation.
Assist in monitoring purchase costs and related expenses.
PayrollHandle monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
Prepare salary sheets and related payroll documentation.
Coordinate with management regarding salary processing and employee-related financial records.
Banking, Loans & InsuranceCoordinate with banks for routine banking
