We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and help

build scalable, reliable, high-quality software for our AI + IoT platform.

Requirements:

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers.
Design and review scalable software architectures and system designs.
Stay hands-on with coding and solve complex technical problems.
Drive technical decisions across APIs, databases, cloud, and application architecture.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical capabilities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Improve system reliability, scalability, observability,



and engineering practices.

Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience.• Strong hands-on programming and system design experience.
Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
Experience making and owning technical architecture decisions.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
Experience with Python and modern backend technologies.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience working in a fast-growing startup setting.
