Assistant Manager - Property Job Title Assistant Manager - Property Summary About the Role:
Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities.
Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker.
Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives.
Monitor performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
Coordinate with utility providers and vendors for electrical maintenance.
Operate, maintain, and monitor all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS, DG sets, UPS, STP/ETP, lifts, and ELV systems.
