We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as an Administrative and Social Media Coordinator.

: The Administrative and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations and enhancing our online presence. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a flair for digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory.
Coordinate meetings, appointments,
Assist with general administrative tasks.
Maintain organized and accurate records and files.

Social Media Duties:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and trends.

Qualifications:




Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management.
Proficiency in G-suite , and social media platforms
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
