Associate Test Lead Skill Development, Analytics Job DescriptionGLOSS Platform Developer Design, develop, and enhance functionality within the Broadridge GLOSS platform. Customize trade processing, settlement, custody, reconciliation, and accounting workflows. Support end-to-end processing across multiple asset classes.

Develop and maintain batch and real-time transaction processing components. Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities.

System Integration

Develop interfaces between GLOSS and: Order Management Systems (OMS) Execution Management Systems (EMS) Trading Platforms Market Data Providers Custodian Banks SWIFT Network Clearing and Settlement Systems Build and support APIs, messaging interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms.



Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream applications. Database & Performance Optimization Design and optimize database objects, stored procedures, and SQL queries.

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in high-volume transaction settings. Support data migration, reconciliation, and archival activities.

Production Support

Investigate and resolve production incidents. Perform root cause analysis for settlement breaks and processing exceptions. Coordinate releases and deployment activities.
