Business Development Executive –
Hyderabad CRP Reporting To: Facility Supervisor / Operations Head Key Responsibilities •
Identify and add new industries, Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs), suppliers and recyclers. •
Develop new business opportunities and increase monthly procurement quantity. •
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and suppliers. •
Regularly visit customers, industries and potential suppliers to generate business. •
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Operations for material collection. •
Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations and convert them into active business. •
Negotiate rates and commercial terms within company guidelines. •
Prepare quotations and business proposals. •
Track customer-wise quantity, potential and business conversion. •
Ensure committed quantities are achieved from existing and new customers. •
Identify opportunities to increase quantity from existing suppliers.
•
Monitor competitor rates, market prices and recent business opportunities. •
Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams for smooth collection and material movement. •
Maintain daily follow-up and customer activity records. •
Submit daily, weekly and monthly BD reports. •
Achieve assigned customer addition, procurement quantity and revenue targets. •
Support management in expanding the CRP business and overall procurement network.
