Jewellery/Luxury Retail

Proven experience handling
P&L; and end-to-end retail operations

Solid knowledge of gold, diamond and precious jewellery retail.
Experience managing large sales teams and preferably multi-store operations
.
Robust understanding of inventory, pricing, margins and retail KPIs.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Solid communication and customer relationship management abilities.
Should have a business-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred:
Candidates currently working as
